Payment and Pricing Policy

Under normal conditions, if the order is not paid within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel the order. However, we only accept the current pricing without any prior notice. If the customer chooses to pay using the old price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the money to the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
1. MERCHANT-INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS 1.1 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or listing inaccuracies. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the listed price is incorrect due to system errors, human errors, or sudden fluctuations in market prices (for example, gold price volatility). 1.2 In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. 1.3 We are not obligated to honour any orders placed with incorrect pricing. 2. CUSTOMER-INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS 2.1 We do not accept requests for order cancellations or returns unless the item received differs from the original billing description. 2.2 If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via the following: Email: [email protected] WhatsApp Message: +6017 797 8101 2.3 When contacting us, please provide the following details: Order number Description of the issue Image of the incorrect or defective item Copy of the order invoice 2.4 To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 3. REFUND PROCESS 3.1 All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. 3.2 We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. 3.3 If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days, depending on your payment provider.
